As a dedicated Dental Hygienist, Ronni has built a successful career in dentistry over the past 13 years. Beginning her journey in the field as a dental assistant at the age of 17, she has developed a deep expertise in patient care and dental health.

Ronni earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Coastal Bend College and actively participates in a dental hygiene study club to stay at the forefront of her profession. She takes great pride in educating patients and assisting them with their home care routines, finding fulfillment in helping others achieve optimal dental health.

Outside of her professional life, Ronni has a vibrant side as a bartender at the renaissance festival during the spring and enjoys attending live music concerts. Her diverse interests and passions add a unique dimension to her professional and personal life.

Gail Perez, RDH, is our wonderful dental hygienist & treasured colleague. Our patients have enjoyed her because she is gentle, caring, and experienced. Gail grew up in North Carolina, attended UNC, then practiced in south Florida for 37 years at the same office where she met her husband Tim. She loves sports, gardening, boating, and feeding the deer at their home in Oak Hill. We are sure that she will make your next visit a very special one!

With over a decade of experience in dental hygiene, Erick brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to his practice. Outside of his professional life, Erick cherishes time spent with his wife, Itzel, and their two children, exploring the vibrant city of Austin.

In addition to his work in dental hygiene, Erick is actively involved in managing his family-owned restaurant, Azul Tequila, where he contributes to the business’s success and enjoys a different kind of culinary creativity.

A proud native of Bastrop, Texas, Nikki and her husband, Michael, live just outside of town with their energetic puppy, Winnie. When she’s not at work, Nikki enjoys embracing the great outdoors and spending quality time with her family.

Since 2017, Nikki has been a valued member of Dr. Reed's team, bringing a warm and welcoming touch to every patient visit. Her goal is to ensure that each dental appointment is not only pleasant but also filled with laughter and positivity.

With 12 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), Adilene brings a blend of compassion and expertise to her role, ensuring exceptional care for all patients. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she effectively bridges communication gaps, enhancing the overall dental experience.

Adilene is also a proud alumna of Austin Community College (ACC) and the Texas Academy of General Dentistry, further enriching her professional background.

Beyond the office, Adilene is an enthusiastic runner and hiker, finding joy and balance in the great outdoors. Her passion for food drives her to explore and savor new culinary adventures.

Hailing from Bastrop, Texas, Chloe is a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with a strong commitment to advancing in the dental field. She is an active member of both the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) and the Central Dental Managers Association (CTDMA), reflecting her dedication to professional growth and networking.

Outside of her professional life, Chloe enjoys reading, spending quality time with friends and family, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. She is passionate about continuing her education and expanding her skills within the dental industry.

With over 25 years of experience as a dental office manager, Jenn brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her role. Her career began in a unique setting as she managed a Troop Medical Clinic in the U.S. Army, where she honed her skills in leadership and organization.

Jenn is an esteemed member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM), where she has achieved the distinguished title of DAADOM, AADOM Diplomate. In addition to her accomplishments within AADOM, Jenn serves as the President of the Central Dental Managers Association (CTDMA), leading local initiatives and supporting fellow dental office managers.

Outside of her professional life, Jenn enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their beloved trio of dogs and cats. When they embark on their travel adventures, Jenn loves to unwind by listening to Audible books, turning each journey into a new experience.
